Q&A

Q:  Why hasn’t my CPA brought this up?

A:  Most accountants and CPA firms rely on outsourcing this credit filing to services similar to ours.  We’d be happy to connect directly with your CPA regarding our fulfillment service.

Q:  My CPA says I won’t qualify.

A:  That might be the case, however it is worth checking if they have qualified you based on the original guidelines have they re-run your circumstances against any of the 7 amendments applied since the creation of the original CARES Act?

Q:  How much time does this all take?

A:  The total time commitment on your end shouldn’t be more than a couple of hours total from the survey questionnaire to the required payroll documentation.

Q:  What are the fees?

A:  10-20% of the total recovery, depending on the size and complexity of your company.  Half is due at the time of filing, the second half is due upon receipt of the credit.

Q:  What if I don’t get the full credit applied for?

A:  Our fees come with a 100% refund guarantee commensurate with your total recovery of up to 100%.  If 100% of the credit applied for is rejected, 100% of your fee is refunded.  If 50% is rejected, then 50% is refundable, etc.  We do our best to ensure full qualifications are met when applying for the ERTC.

Q:  Do I have to spend the credit on payroll?

A:  There are currently no restrictions or requirements on how you utilize the recovered credits.
